Shirley Foods manufactures corn and flour tortillas.  Our tortillas have no preservatives added to them.  This gives the tortillas a true corn and flour taste.  We ship our products in the Midwest area. Great Tortillas

Shirley Foods corn tortillas are made from whole grain corn.  We start by cooking the corn on site with no additives or preservatives, the corn is stone ground and then baked in our temperature controlled ovens.  It is then packaged and frozen fresh.  This gives you a true corn taste. 

Shirley Foods flour tortillas are produced using only the finest ingredients they are hand stretched and not a "press" tortillas that most of our competition produces.  We are also proud to produce our flour tortilla without the use of preservatives.   Our tortillas are baked and frozen fresh with  no preservatives giving them the flavor and texture of homemade flour tortillas.
